pork_crock_1_01 If you are looking for a simple and good tasting recipe to throw in the crock pot, then I've got this one for you.

Get you some boneless pork chops (normal thickness, not labeled thin and not labeled thick) these are about 1/2 inch at most.

While you are accumulating stuff, get a large can of chicken noodle soup, regular can of cream of chicken, some garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Most of this you might already have.

Start off with the pork in the bottom.  Sprinkle with some salt, pepper and garlic powder.

I didn't do any exact measurements, just dumped some on to get a nice even coating.

This is where you could customize some flavor... leave out the salt, increase the pepper, add some red pepper flakes or maybe even splash some hot sauce on.

Add about 1/3 of the chicken noodle soup mix.

Now, I like to then put the cream of chicken soup on top of the remaining chicken noodle soup and mix it around some.  This helps get it all together and I don't have to mix around in the crockpot.  Which, in hindsight, it really doesn't matter.

Make it simple on yourself, just throw it all in... one after another.

Do some slight mix'n just to get it all happy and surrounding the pork.

That's it.

Pop the lid on and go to work.  In about 8 hours (probably as low as 6) you'll have a tasty Chicken Noodle Pork dinner ready to go.

Serve up with your choice of vegetables if you are so inclined... or skip the greenery and just  throw down some garlic bread to help soak up the goodness.
