FIRST - This is NOT a recipe site.

Yes, you will find recipes in here... but it is not intended to be a mass accumulation of crappy recipes like lots and lots of other sites.

What you will find is a visual guide to making some good food.

The idea is that if you can see what the food looks like from start to finish, then you will be more comfortable fixin' it.  As well as have a clue up front what it looks like.  No more looking at a recipe done up by some professional food photographer and then trying to figure out how they got there.

I think it's time to put the instructional aspect back into food sites and I hope you enjoy the results.

A couple of quick "notes"...

 - At the top right of any recipe page is an icon so that you can email something to someone.  Feel free to share with others.

 - The newest recipes are in a PDF format in order to make it easy for you to print and take into the kitchen.  I'm working on redoing the older stuff so that it's just as easy to get into the kitchen.

 - Get a cheap 3 ring binder and hole puncher and add your favorites (from any site) to it.  It'll make it easier to find them later.
