I'll have to admit that the inspiration for this one was Sonic's Cheesecake Bites.

In some cases, I try to mimic something... but in this case I was so dissappointed in Sonic's cheesecake that I had to come up with something better.

It started by trying to figure out how to coat a cheesecake "bite" with a crust type item... but then in a flash of light... I came up with dipping the cheesecake in chocolate.

It's no longer just for strawberries.
