I'm not sure I know anyone that doesn't like banana nut bread.  And it only gets better when you add some chocolate chips.  Of course, my favorite has been to slice off a piece and toast it in a skillet with some butter.  It's great.

But, I've never felt like messing with making a bread... So, I made it a cookie.
